considering that his role was to be the 2nd "go to" guy that was supposed to take some of pressure off of Kobe Bryant scoring wise.

He's been okay.. I guess.. He's been only scoring around 14 ppg because kobe's been scoring 30+ ppg. (that's been the largest gap between a team's laeding scorer's in a few years) He's just not been a prolific enough scorer that's why kobe needs to take all those shots.

Disappointment depends on what you expected of him. His all around numbers are pretty good (and have been an awesome boost for my fantasy team) but if you were expecting him to be a Richard Jefferson type of scoring forward, yeah, I guess you're probably disappointed.
he is not a diss because he dont do any thing because kobe is such a ball hog.
He's a disappointment in the NBA period. The kid has no game. He belongs in some pick-up game.
lamar is averaging over 14 points,9.4 boards and 5.5 assists a block and a steal and a three.he is having a great year and is a great career player.

no, I don't think so, he has some way to go, but he's got Scottie Pippen coaching him. So I see a great improvement in his game in the 2nd half. But no he hasn't been a disappointment. And I'm way happy that Kobe's been outscoring Iverson.
He is much better than the other options the Lakers have.
